Caesar Salad
- 12 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
- 6 Tbsp. cholesterol-free egg product
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional
- Place lettuce in large salad bowl; set aside.
- Whisk egg substitute, oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and pepper in small bowl, until well blended.
- Pour over lettuce, tossing to coat well.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
