Caesar Salad

  1. Place lettuce in large salad bowl; set aside.
  2. Whisk egg substitute, oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and pepper in small bowl, until well blended.
  3. Pour over lettuce, tossing to coat well.
  4. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
