Great Granola
- 6 cups oats
- 12 cup almonds
- 12 cup hazelnuts (otherwise known as filberts)
- 12 cup pecans
- 12 cup pumpkin seeds
- 12 cup sunflower seeds
- 14 cup flax seed
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup walnut oil
- 12 cup grapeseed oil
- 12 cup demerara sugar (dark brown sugar)
- 14 cup honey (addeed last of ingredient)
- Preheat oven to 350* F.
- combine all in order, honey last, mix well.
- -cover pan(pans) with parchement.
- Stir while cooking and cooling to avoid clumping.
- Cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- enjoy.
