Prawn and Tuna Curry Cream Pasta

  1. Drain oil from the tuna.
  2. Add salt (not listed) to a pot of hot water and start boiling the pasta.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and add the peeled prawns.
  4. When the colour changes, add white wine and cook to evaporate the liquid.
  5. Add cream, tuna and a little salt, and simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add curry powder and then the boiled pasta.
  7. Toss.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with chopped parsley and it's done.
