Prawn and Tuna Curry Cream Pasta
- 100 grams Pasta
- 50 grams Peeled prawns
- 1/2 can - about 40 grams Canned tuna
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp White wine
- 5 grams Butter
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Parsley (for garnish)
- Drain oil from the tuna.
- Add salt (not listed) to a pot of hot water and start boiling the pasta.
- Heat butter in a pan and add the peeled prawns.
- When the colour changes, add white wine and cook to evaporate the liquid.
- Add cream, tuna and a little salt, and simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add curry powder and then the boiled pasta.
- Toss.
- Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with chopped parsley and it's done.
