Green Tomato Chow Chow

  1. Grind mustard seed, cabbage, pepper and tomatoes together.
  2. Mix with onion, celery and salt.
  3. Allow to set overnight.
  4. The following day; squeeze juice from vegtable mixture.
  5. Thoroughly mix brown sugar and vinegar and add to preparation.
  6. Pack in clean jars and seal.
