Anya Potatoes With Garlic And Herb Butter Recipe
- 500 gm Anya potatoes
- 6 slc Pancetta
- 75 gm Butter
- 2 x Cloves garlic, minced Lemon juice
- 1 handf minced parsley Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 200c/400f.
- 1 Boil and drain the potatoes as per the packet instructions.
- Lay the pancetta slices on a baking tray and bake in the oven till golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooled, break into pcs.
- 2 Heat the butter in a pan, add in the garlic and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Stir through the parsley and pour over the potatoes.
- Serve topped with the bacon.
