Coffee Jelly Salad ?

  1. Caramelize sago/pearls w/ brown sugar for 15min.
  2. set aside.
  3. In a heated saucepan, add water, instant coffee mix, white sugar and unflavored gelatin mix.
  4. Stir until gelatin mix dissolves.
  5. Pour in a square container and let it cool for 30 mins.
  6. Or when it turns to jelly like form.
  7. Mix all purpose cream and condensed milk in a bowl.
  8. Cut the jellies into cubes or small rectangles.
  9. In a bowl, add the sago/pearls and jelly cubes and cream.
  10. Mix well and top with ice cream!
  11. Enjoy!
