Coffee Jelly Salad ?

• 6 tbsp instant coffee (any brand would do)
• 2 tbsp unflavored colorless powdered gelatin mix
• 3 tbsp white sugar
• 2 cup water
• 2 can condensed milk
• 1 packages all-purpose cream
• 2 cup sago/pearls
• 2 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 gallon Coffee Crumble Ice Cream or if none, use Vanilla Ice Cream

1. Caramelize sago/pearls w/ brown sugar for 15min.
2. set aside.
3. In a heated saucepan, add water, instant coffee mix, white sugar and unflavored gelatin mix.
4. Stir until gelatin mix dissolves.
5. Pour in a square container and let it cool for 30 mins.
6. Or when it turns to jelly like form.
7. Mix all purpose cream and condensed milk in a bowl.
8. Cut the jellies into cubes or small rectangles.
9. In a bowl, add the sago/pearls and jelly cubes and cream.
10. Mix well and top with ice cream!
11. Enjoy!
