HEALTHY LIVING Praline-Pumpkin Mousse
- 1 cup cold fat-free milk
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 2 pkg. (1 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1-1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- Beat first 4 ingredients in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- (Mixture will be thick.)
- Stir in COOL WHIP.
- Spoon into 10 dessert glasses.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Meanwhile, toss nuts with butter and sugar.
- Sprinkle nut mixture over desserts just before serving.
