Deep-Fried Crabs

  1. Preheat frying oil to 350 degrees F.
  2. Parboil crabs for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll in cornmeal mixed with salt and pepper.
  4. Fry until golden brown for about 2 to 4 minutes.
