Kai Lan with carrots
- 300 grams hong kong kai lan, cut into bite size, keep stems and leaves separate
- 1 carrot, sliced thinly
- 3 tbsp light soya sauce
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 tbsp water
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.
- Stir fry carrots and kai lan stems till almost done.
- Add in kai lan leaves.
- Stir fry using medium heat till leaves almost done.
- Add in water and light soya sauce.
- Stir fry till all well cooked.
