Kai Lan with carrots

  1. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.
  2. Stir fry carrots and kai lan stems till almost done.
  3. Add in kai lan leaves.
  4. Stir fry using medium heat till leaves almost done.
  5. Add in water and light soya sauce.
  6. Stir fry till all well cooked.
