Healthy Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt
- 3/4 cups Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cups Pure Maple Syrup
- 23 cups Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, canola oil and vanilla.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in the medium mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Drop a tablespoon-sized amount of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between the cookies as they will expand.
- Continue to drop the dough to make 20 cookies.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until very lightly golden.
