Damm this is good Mac and cheese
- 1/2 packages cream cheese
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup swiss cheese
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 handful of bread crumbs. to top
- 1/2 box any type of pasta you like
- Melt butter in a small pot.
- Add heavy cream.
- Bring to boil.
- Bring to simmer and add cream cheese.
- Melt it all.
- Stir a lot
- Then add in the other cheeses.
- Stir constantly until you have a smooth creamy cheese sauce
- Set aside some cheddar for topping
- Use a oven safe pan or bowl stir in cooked pasta and cheese together.
- Top with cheddar and breadcrumbs
- Bake in 425 oven until cheese on top is nice brown and goeey.
- If sauce looks a little watery its perfect.
- Cause when you add pasta and bake it.
- It thickens.
