Cajun Skillet Supper

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Brown turkey for 5 to 6 minutes, or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  3. Put in a colander and rinse.
  4. Drain well and return to skillet.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until flavors are blended, stirring occasionally.
