Green Chile Sauce

• 2 each Poblanos
• 1 White Onion
• 2 clove Garlic
• 2 tbsp Oregano
• 1/4 cup Cold Water
• 1 tbsp Honey
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
