Firecracker Fried Shrimp
- 24 whole Shrimps, Peeled, Deveined, And Butterflied
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Vegetable Oil, For Frying
- 1/2 cups Ranch Dressing
- 3 teaspoons Sriracha
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1.
- Peel, devein, and butterfly the shrimp.
- Set aside.

- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and bread crumbs.
- Stir in seasonings.

- Dip the shrimp in the milk/egg mixture.
- 5.
- Roll the shrimp in the flour/bread crumb mixture until shrimp are completely coated.

- Fry shrimp in a preheated deep fryer for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Its best to fry in small batches of 5 shrimp.

- When they are done, remove from the hot oil and drain shrimp on paper towels.

- Prepare the sauce by mixing together ranch dressing, sriracha, and mayonnaise.
- 9.
- Toss the shrimp in sauce until completely coated.
