California Chapati
- 4 tortillas (or chapatis)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 ripe avocado
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small sweet onion, sliced in rings
- 1 cup alfalfa, spouts
- Lay chapatis out on counter.
- Spread 1/4 cup cream cheese down the center of each.
- Cut the avocado in half, peel and slice, laying 1/4 avocado on each chapati over the cream cheese.
- To this with lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings and sprouts and serve.
