Frozen Maraschino Singapore Sling
- 2 ponies (2 ounces) gin
- 1 pony (1 ounce) kirsch
- 1 teaspoon Benedictine
- 1 teaspoon cognac
- 3 maraschino cherries
- 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup club soda or seltzer
- 2 teaspoons chilled ruby Port
- In a blender, blend together gin, kirsch, Benedictine, cognac, cherries, cherry juice, lime juice, sugar, club soda and 2 cups cracked ice, scraping down the sides occasionally, until the mixture is smooth but still frozen.
- Divide the mixture between 2 stemmed glasses, and spoon the Port over the drinks.
