Breakfast Shakes Recipe
- 1 x egg
- 2 c. apricot nectar, apple juice or possibly cranberry juice
- 1/2 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. honey, molasses or possibly sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla Nutmeg, cinnamon or possibly apple pie spices to taste
- 1 can frzn orange juice 6 ounce
- 1 c. plain lowfat yogurt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 1 c. plain or possibly flavored yogurt
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peaches)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
- Combine ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy.
