Okra In Umeboshi Dressing
- 4 Okra
- 1 medium Umeboshi
- 1 packages Bonito flakes
- 1 Ponzu
- Remove the tops of the okra, rub with salt, and lightly boil.
- Cut into small pieces.
- Mash the umeboshi.
- Mix together the okra, umeboshi, and bonito flakes.
- Transfer to a dish and sprinkle with ponzu.
