Bacon Pancake Dunkers
- 1 no-stick cooking spray
- 2 cup pancake mix
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 12 slice fully cooked bacon, cut in half
- 1 syrup!
- Coat griddle or large skillet with no-stick cooking spray.
- Heat over medium heat.
- Whisk pancake mix and water in large bowl until smooth.
- Let stand 3 minutes.
- Place batter in liquid measuring cup.
- Pour batter into 4 - inch oval shapes a little longer and wider than the bacon slices.
- Press slice of bacon in the center.
- Cool until edges are dry, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
- Turn; cook an additional one minute or until golden brown.
- Repeat to make remaining dunkers.
- Serve with syrup and enjoy!
