Caribbean Fruit Shake (Lactose Free)
- 1 banana
- 12 cup pineapple juice
- 12 cup orange juice
- 1 cup ice
- Peel the banana and cut into a few pieces.
- Place the bananas to a blender.
- Add the pineapple and orange juices.
- Put a lid on the blender and blend for about 20 seconds and smooth.
- Add the ice and blend for about 30 seconds and smooth and frothy.
- Pour into serving glasses and enjoy!
