Mozzarella-Chicken Skillet

  1. Lightly coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add chicken; cook and stir 10 min.
  3. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 2 min.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce, 1 cup water and oregano; bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in rice; cover.
  6. Let stand 3 min.
  7. Top with 2% Milk Singles; cover.
  8. Let stand an additional 2 min.
  9. or until 2% Milk Singles are melted.
  10. Toss broccoli, carrots and peppers with dressing.
  11. Divide into 4 equal servings.
  12. Complement each meal with a sliced peach topped with evenly divided yogurt.
  13. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
