Asparagus & Beef Stir-Fry
- 1/3 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lb. (450 g) beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh asparagus spears, cut diagonally into 2-inch lengths
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
- Heat dressing and soy sauce in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; stir-fry 3 min.
- Add asparagus and peppers; stir-fry 5 min.
- or until meat is done.
- Top with onions.
- Serve over rice.
