Chocolate Crinkles (Gluten-Free)

  1. Melt chocolate, then mix with oil and sugar.
  2. Mix in eggs, one at a time.
  3. Stir in the vanilla.
  4. Add rice flour mix, xanthan gum, salt and baking powder.
  5. Mix everything together, then place bowl in the fridge for a few hours.
  6. Heat oven to 350F Form dough into small balls.
  7. Place them on a greased cookie sheet (about 1.25" apart), and bake 10-12 minutes.
