Fried Hanpen Fishcake and Broccoli Salad

  1. Mix the dressing ingredients together.
  2. Divide the broccoli into small florets, boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes and drain.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Cut the hanpen into 1 cm dice.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat and fry the hanpen.
  6. Shake the frying pan occasionally.
  7. When the hanpen is browned on all sides, turn off the heat.
  8. Mix the hanpen with the broccoli, tomatoes and the dressing from Step 1.
  9. Transfer to a serving dish to finish.
