Grissini

  1. Combine milk, water, yeast.
  2. Add salt, bread flour and remaining ingredients.
  3. Knead on low 5min, increase to medium and knead 8-10 minute.
  4. Place in grease bowl.
  5. Rest 30 minutes.
  6. Measure 35 g per dough, roll into 6" long.
  7. Rest 15 minutes.
  8. Roll 18" long and place on greased tray.
  9. Rest 15 minutes, brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seed.
  10. Rest 15 minutes more.
  11. Bake 200-210C (390-410F) 25-30 minutes.
