Easy Rhubarb Pie

  1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan until blended.
  2. Gradually stir in water until smooth.
  3. Add rhubarb; mix well.
  4. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; boil 2 min.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in gelatin 2 min.
  7. until completely dissolved.
  8. Cool 10 min.
  9. Pour into crust.
  10. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
