Amazing Veggie Burger
- 1 cup Oats (gluten-free)
- 1/4 cups Shredded Almonds
- 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Slices Of Toasted Gluten Free Bread, Broken In Pieces
- 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
- 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro
- 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Tamari
- 1 cup Grated Carrots
- 1 cup Mashed (Canned Or Cooked) Black Beans
- Heat the oven at 350 F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, grind the oats until fine, then add the almonds.
- Pulse the almonds until chopped.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and process until mixed well.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
- Shape each into a patty with your hands.
- Carefully set and align the patties on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve.
