Bacon Pasta

  1. Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel and crumble.
  2. Reserve 2 Tablespoons drippings.
  3. Saute mushrooms and garlic in bacon drippings until tender.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, heavy cream and pepper.
  5. Simmer over low-med heat until sauce is thickened.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in bacon and green onions.
  8. Serve hot.
