Skillet Steak Fajitas
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Large Red Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Sliced Into Strips
- 1 whole Onion, Sliced Into Rings
- 2 Tablespoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt (or Any Spice Blend You Prefer)
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 pound Flank Steak, Sliced Thin
- 1 whole Lime
- 2 whole Green Onion, Chopped
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
- Add your bell pepper and onion then sprinkle with half of each seasoning.
- Saute until vegetables are soft and cooked to your liking.
- Remove vegetables from the skillet and set them aside on a plate nearby.
- Season steak slices with remaining seasoning and chili powder.
- Heat up remaining olive oil in the same skillet over medium high heat.
- When hot add the steak and brown steak on both sides until it reaches your desired done-ness.
- Add your cooked vegetables then squeeze in the juice from 1 lime.
- Toss to coat, top with green onions and enjoy!
