Ray's ~Turkey Herb Butter~

  1. add all ingredients together whip with hand mixer till creamy
  2. I add the butter to a Ziploc push your mixture to bottom you want to make a roll wrap tight & freeze 2 days is great if not over night is fine.
  3. when you make your turkey lightly cut skin from lifting from meat and slice your frozen butter into coins.
  4. Your going to stuff the bird under skin all over.and inside also.
  5. IVE BEEN MAKING THIS FOR YEARS AND THE MOIST WONDERFULL FALL OFF THE BONE TURKEY COMES OUT OF THIS BUTTER..ENJOY!
