Ray's ~Turkey Herb Butter~
- 1/2 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp McCormick Montreal chicken seasoning
- 1 McCormick wortshire seasoning
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 3 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp McCormick mestique seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp course ground pepper
- 2 cup butter
- add all ingredients together whip with hand mixer till creamy
- I add the butter to a Ziploc push your mixture to bottom you want to make a roll wrap tight & freeze 2 days is great if not over night is fine.
- when you make your turkey lightly cut skin from lifting from meat and slice your frozen butter into coins.
- Your going to stuff the bird under skin all over.and inside also.
- IVE BEEN MAKING THIS FOR YEARS AND THE MOIST WONDERFULL FALL OFF THE BONE TURKEY COMES OUT OF THIS BUTTER..ENJOY!
