Egg Bake Casserole

  1. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, make two layers of ham or sausage, fresh bread, celery, onion, green pepper and cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, mayonnaise, milk, soup, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour this evenly over the top of the layered mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  5. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. It should be golden brown on top.
