Bittersweet Chocolate Orange Fondue Recipe

  1. Bring whipping cream and grated orange peel to simmer in heavy medium saucepan.
  2. Reduce heat to low.
  3. Add in minced chocolate and 1 tbs Grand Marnier; whisk till mix is smooth.
  4. Remove fondue from heat and blend in remaining 2 tbs Grand Marnier.
  5. Transfer fondue to fondue pot.
  6. Place over candle or possibly canned heat burner.
  7. Serve with cake pcs and fruit for dipping.
  8. Yield: 4 servings.
