Quick Omelet
- 2 large eggs, scrambled
- 2 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
- 2 slices Velveeta cheese, mild
- 14 cup hash brown, cooked
- Place scrambled eggs in low heat pan.
- Add bacon bits, cheese, and hashbrowns and fold egg in middle.
- Cook until done and cheese is melted.
- Serve, eat, and go on a good meal thats quick and easy.
