Cappuccino Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients.
  3. Mix the butter, sour cream, half and half and eggs until smooth.
  4. Fold in the dry ingredients, orange zest and chocolate, until just moistened.
  5. Fill 12 muffin cups, bake till tops are firm, about 15 minutes.
