Caramel Bread Pudding Squares
- 4 cups white bread cubes
- 1 pkg. (7-1/2 oz.) SNACKWELL'S Caramel Delights Cookies, quartered
- 1-3/4 cups fat-free milk
- 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping (optional)
- Mix bread cubes and cookies in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; set aside.
- Mix milk, egg product, sugar and vanilla with wire whisk until well blended.
- Pour evenly over bread mixture; stir gently until bread cubes are evenly moistened.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.
- Cool slightly.
- Serve topped with whipped topping.
