Caramel Bread Pudding Squares

  1. Mix bread cubes and cookies in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; set aside.
  2. Mix milk, egg product, sugar and vanilla with wire whisk until well blended.
  3. Pour evenly over bread mixture; stir gently until bread cubes are evenly moistened.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Serve topped with whipped topping.
