Acapulco Recipe

• 1 1/2 ounce Light rum
• 1 1/2 tsp Triple sec
• 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 x Egg white
• 1 x Mint sprig

1. Combine and shake all ingredients (except mint) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
2. Add in the sprig of mint and serve.
