Molded Salad Recipe
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. plain gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. mixed minced vegetables including celery, green pepper, onion, pimento
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Heat soup to boiling.
- Add in cream cheese and let heat.
- Add in gelatin dissolved in water.
- Add in minced vegetables.
- Pour into mold rinsed in water.
- For a delicious luncheon dish add in 1 c. shrimp, or possibly cooked minced chicken, or possibly crabmeat.
- Or possibly put in a ring mold and fill center with a salad of one of the above.
