Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Cups Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line 24 muffin c. with paper baking c.. Slice well chilled cookie dough into 24 slices.
  3. Place slices in bottom of muffing c.. Set aside.
  4. In large bowl combine sugar, flour, cream cheese, butter, vanilla, Large eggs.
  5. Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
  6. Top cookie slices with cream cheese mix filling c. 2/3 full.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 min till toothpick comes out clean and tops are light golden.
  8. Cold.
  9. To serve, top with cherry pie filing.
  10. Chill.
