Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Cups Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce.) roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 (21 ounce.) can cherry fruit pie filling
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line 24 muffin c. with paper baking c.. Slice well chilled cookie dough into 24 slices.
- Place slices in bottom of muffing c.. Set aside.
- In large bowl combine sugar, flour, cream cheese, butter, vanilla, Large eggs.
- Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
- Top cookie slices with cream cheese mix filling c. 2/3 full.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 min till toothpick comes out clean and tops are light golden.
- Cold.
- To serve, top with cherry pie filing.
- Chill.
