Last-Minute Meatball Sandwich
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup each sliced red peppers, yellow peppers, onions and fresh mushrooms Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1/2 recipe Mastering the Meatball (24 cooked meatballs)
- 1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 6 Italian bread buns, partially split
- 6 Tbsp. Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add Mastering the Meatlball and barbecue sauce; mix lightly.
- Cook 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Heat broiler.
- Spoon 4 meatballs into each bun; top with vegetable mixture and cheese.
- Place on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
