Prawns with vegetables in light sauce

  1. In a pan, melt butter and stir in prawns.
  2. Cook until prawns are almost red
  3. Add broccoli, carrot, soy sauce, water, pepper and sugar
  4. Cover and cook until veggies are nice and crispy.
