My Family's Udon Soup

• 350 ml Dashi stock (bonito and konbu based)
• 1 tbsp + 1 teaspoon Usukuchi soy sauce
• 1 dash Mirin
• 1 pinch Salt

1. Add the seasonings to the dashi and bring to a boil.
