Marinated Olives and Feta Cheese

  1. Mix all olives, 3/4 cup oil, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, garlic, parsley, lemon peel, 1/2 teaspoon oregano and red pepper in resealable plastic bag.
  2. Chill overnight.
  3. Place feta on platter.
  4. Drizzle with 1/4 cup oil and 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon oregano and black pepper.
  6. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Place olives and marinade in bowl.
  8. Serve olives and feta with pita bread.
