Sweet Baby Fay's barbecue chili
- 1 cup Sweet baby rays maple sugar barbecue sauce
- 1 lb 80% lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 22 oz southern pit barbecue grilling beans undrained
- 14 1/2 oz muir Glen organic fire roasted diced tomatoes undrained
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 15 oz green giant sweet corn drained
- 1 packages chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 15 oz light kidney beans
- 1 tbsp barbecue seasoning
- 1 tbsp maple brown sugar seasoning
- 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cup corn chips
- lb meat
- Brown meat in sauce pan; add half of a diced onions; add barbecue seasoning and maple brown sugar seasoning.
- Poor tomato sauce into croc pot with kidney beans, grilling beans, sweet corn, roasted diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin and rest of the onion.
- Add your meat to the croc pot and cup of barbecue sauce and stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve hot with cheese and corn chips
