Balsamic Vinegar & Fresh Herb Marinade

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Use to marinate 2 pounds meat (chicken, pork, beef or fish).
  3. Cook as desired.
  4. *Substitute 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves.
  5. **Substitute 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves.
  6. ***Substitute 2 teaspoons chopped green onion.
