Holiday Salad (Ribbon) Recipe
- 2 sm. pkg. lime Jello
- 5 c. warm water
- 4 c. cool water
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pound 4 ounce. crushed pineapple
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 pkg. red Jello
- Put lime Jello in large pan till almost set.
- Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 c. warm water.
- In double boiler add in marshmallows and stir to heat.
- Remove from heat; add in pineapple juice and cream cheese.
- Beat till well blended and stir in pineapple.
- Mix in whipped cream and mayonnaise.
- Refrigeratetill thickened.
- Pour over lime Jello and refrigeratetill syrupy.
- Pour the red Jello over pineapple layer.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- Serves 4.
