Healthy Sweet & Tangy Chicken Delight

  1. Cut up chicken breasts into chunks and cook with garlic in a skillet on the stove.
  2. Prepare rice while waiting.
  3. When chicken is done add beans, salsa, and rice.
  4. Add yogurt and diced cilantro, and remove from stove.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or alone.
