Chinese Style Chicken Recipe

  1. Slice all vegetables except bean sprouts into small, thin strips.
  2. Dice the chicken breasts into 1/4" cubes.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan or possibly wok and add in all of the vegetables.
  4. Fry quickly, stirring constantly, for 3 min.
  5. Take vegetables out of pan.
  6. Add in chicken, lemon juice and sesame seeds to warm pan.
  7. Stir-fry rapidly for one minute taking care not to let the chicken stick to the bottom of the pan.
  8. Add in warm chicken.
