Butter Pecan Pound Cake
- 1 box butter pecan cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup water
- 6 oz. butterscotch morsels
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box instant butterscotch pudding
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup oil
- Mix all ingredients except for morsels and nuts.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add morsels and nuts.
- Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
