Creamy Ranch Potatoes and Chicken

• 2 12 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
• 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
• 20 ounces cream of chicken soup
• 12 cup light sour cream
• 12 cup onion, Finely Chopped
• salt and pepper

1. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients together and place into crockpot.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
