Fraisier Style No-bake Cheesecake
- 1/2 box Cream cheese
- 35 grams Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 50 ml Milk
- 50 ml Heavy cream
- 50 grams Biscuit (I used Oreo cookies)
- 30 grams Unsalted butter
- 1/2 tbsp Gelatin
- 25 ml Water
- 1 pack Strawberry
- Prep: Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.
- Soak the powdered gelatin in hot water to soften.
- Line a parchment sheet at the bottom and side of the cake pan.
- I used a clear sheet this time.
- Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush into small pieces.
- Mix well with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the cake pan.
- Cut strawberries in half lengthwise.
- Line them with the cut surfaces touching the side of the pan.
- Line the strawberries in the middle of the pan to fill the space.
- Add sugar into the room temperature cream cheese.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, milk, and heavy cream, and mix well.
- Add gelatin and mix well.
- Pour the cheesecake dough into the pan filled with strawberries.
- Smooth out the surface.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Take the cake out of the pan.
- It's done.
- Decorate as you like.
- When you take the cake out of the pan, warm the sides of the pan with a warm damp cloth.
- You can take out the cake beautifully.
