Fraisier Style No-bake Cheesecake

  1. Prep: Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. Soak the powdered gelatin in hot water to soften.
  3. Line a parchment sheet at the bottom and side of the cake pan.
  4. I used a clear sheet this time.
  5. Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush into small pieces.
  6. Mix well with melted butter.
  7. Press the mixture into the bottom of the cake pan.
  8. Cut strawberries in half lengthwise.
  9. Line them with the cut surfaces touching the side of the pan.
  10. Line the strawberries in the middle of the pan to fill the space.
  11. Add sugar into the room temperature cream cheese.
  12. Whisk until smooth.
  13. Add lemon juice, milk, and heavy cream, and mix well.
  14. Add gelatin and mix well.
  15. Pour the cheesecake dough into the pan filled with strawberries.
  16. Smooth out the surface.
  17. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  18. Take the cake out of the pan.
  19. It's done.
  20. Decorate as you like.
  21. When you take the cake out of the pan, warm the sides of the pan with a warm damp cloth.
  22. You can take out the cake beautifully.
